I believe my empathetic, compassionate approach combined with my ability to offer tangible strategies and gentle accountability gives me a unique opportunity to support others on their journey through grief.

  • Individual support sessions are available in-person (in Sonoma County, CA) or virtually via Zoom

  • We’ll begin with a complimentary 15-min consultation to ensure that working together will be a good fit

  • A typical session will include plenty of time for sharing and reflection, and may also include:

    • Introduction of self-care strategies for addressing the physical, mental and emotional impact of grieving

    • Supportive collaboration on how to manage the logistics of life while grieving

    • Grief education

    • Journaling exercises to encourage processing and reflection

    • Creating an action plan and gentle “homework” to help you stay grounded and resourced

  • Sessions can also integrate other modalities including restorative yoga, breathwork and mindfulness techniques

  • Package pricing is available for multiple sessions
